1. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Areas We currently deliver within South Africa only.
3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days — calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days — where available, calculated at checkout
- Free shipping promotions will be displayed at checkout when applicable.
4. Delivery Partners We use reputable courier services to deliver your order. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
5. Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Dealspot is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Delays While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to high demand, weather, or courier disruptions. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at spotdeal0@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
